What is compacting ?

Compacting is a specific registered process of packaging.
It allows to give a particular shape to a textile product, by shranking it to a really
small size, according to its original volume.
Compacting is an original way of communication for all your textile products.

To get the original shape, you only have to dive the product into water, then to iron it for the last folding marks.



How could you create a compacting product ?

It consists in compressing a textile product into the chosen shape - then adding two full colors papers which will be the front and the back of the compacting. The final product is then packed with a plastic film to finish the packaging.

Is it possible to create a new shape ? We can create new shapes for your special requests. With the help of your designs we will create a new shape and new insert papers. After a technical study, we will email you a layout of the mould and its sizes.
Compacting step by step 1 - Choose the shape (depends on the textile product you want to compress). 2 - For each order we create a layout of the insert paper which presents the final look of the compacting. We create these visuals, according to your files, or some new pictures, in our Desktop Publishing workshop. 3 - Afterwards the inserts papers are printed by full color digital. 4 - Then cut in the chosen shape. 5 - The Compacting itself begin.
